Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sharika Enterprises has informed that it enclosed, details of voting results and scrutinizer’s report on the Postal Ballot conducted by the Company. The Company had provided e-voting facility to Members through Central Depository Services (India). The e-voting period commenced from Thursday, February 5, 2026 from 9:00 am (IST) and ended on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 5:00 pm (IST). The voting results and the Scrutinizer’s Report are being uploaded on the Company’s website www.sharikaindia.com and the website of CDSL www.evotingindia.com.
