Sayaji Hotels has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III Part A Para B thereof, the agreement executed between Sayaji Hotels (Operator) and Vicon Imperial (I) (Owner) on 22nd March, 2017 for running, conducting, operating and managing in respect of the hotel premises situated at Behind Magneto Mall, Labhandi, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, 492001, India, operated under the ‘SAYAJI’ brand, shall stand terminated with effect from 31st March, 2026, pursuant to the management’s decision of the Company. Further, the Owner has proposed that the operations of the said property may be continued under a Management Contract, whereby the Company may operate and manage the property. The same shall be evaluated and considered by the Company in due course. The requisite disclosure as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure-A to this letter.
