ACME Solar Holdings, UltraTech Cement and Tata Power to see some action today

Bharat Electronics and SASMOS HET Technologies have inked a MoU to strengthen indigenous defence production capabilities

ACME Solar Holdings (ASHL) through its wholly owned subsidiary -- ACME Sun Power, has commissioned the first phase of 33.335 MW/160.48 MWh out of 300 MW/1400 MWh capacity of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project located at Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The Commercial operation date (COD) for the above-mentioned phase-I shall be March 08, 2026.

UltraTech Cement has entered into energy supply agreement and share subscription and shareholders agreement to acquire 26.20% equity shares of Sunsure Solarpark Thirty Eight, a company engaged in generation and transmission of renewable energy. The acquisition is for the purposes of meeting the company’s green energy needs, optimising energy cost and comply with regulatory requirements for captive power consumption under electricity laws. 

Tata Power Company has entered into collaboration with Salesforce to digitally transform its rapidly expanding rooftop solar (RTS), EV charging, and smart home solutions businesses. The collaboration reinforces the company’s long-term clean energy roadmap aligned with India’s net-zero ambitions by establishing a secure, intelligent, and fully integrated clean energy ecosystem powered by AI, automation, and data-driven insights. The platform will enable scalable growth, deeper partner and customer engagement, and operational excellence across the renewable energy value chain. 

Bharat Electronics (BEL) and SASMOS HET Technologies have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen indigenous defence production capabilities. SASMOS is an aerospace and defence interconnect solutions manufacturer. Under this MoU, both companies will combine their expertise in defence electronics, system integration and precision manufacturing to support defence programmes, with a focus on localisation of critical components, enhancing domestic value addition and strengthening production capabilities and exports.

Aarti Drugs has received approval to make investment in equity shares of Pinnacle Life Science (Pinnacle), wholly owned subsidiary of the company, upto an aggregate value of Rs 10.00 crore, by way of subscription to the rights issue. The company is interested in proposed transaction only to the extent of its shareholding in the Pinnacle. The investment proceeds will be used by Pinnacle for financing the cost towards expansion/capex plan and other general corporate purpose. 

Ramkrishna Forgings has commenced the commercial production of 8000 Ton Hot Forging Press Line having an installed capacity of 40,000 Tonnes at its manufacturing facility in Saraikela-Kharswan, Jharkhand, with effect from March 6, 2026. The company has an existing capacity of 2,68,400 Tonnes Per Annum (TPA) (Hot, Warm and Cold Forging).

United Drilling Tools has received a domestic order worth around Rs 3.73 crore from M/s Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for the supply of Large OD casing pipe. The order is to be executed within 5-6 months.
