RailTel Corporation of India has informed that this is in reference to RailTel’s 2nd Interim Dividend declared by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 9th March 2026 at the rate of 10% of paid-up share capital (Re 1 per share). Further, the Board of Directors has also approved Friday, 13th March 2026 as ‘Record Date’ for the purpose of payment of 2nd interim dividend of FY 2025-26. The date of payment of dividend shall be Tuesday, 24th March 2026. In this regard, an email communication has been sent to the Members of the Company at their email addresses available as per the latest BENPOS, informing them about deduction of tax at source (TDS) on the 2nd Interim Dividend and requesting submission of requisite documents for claiming TDS exemption/lower deduction/ transferring TDS credit to the beneficial owner, at email beetalrta@gmail.com/cs@railtelindia.com by 11:59 pm IST on or before 16th March 2026; The communication sent to the Members is also enclosed.
