Optiemus Infracom informs about change in CIN
In continuation of earlier intimation bearing Reference No. OIL/CO/SE/2025-26/70 dated December 22, 2025 regarding approval of alteration in object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by the Members through postal ballot on December 18, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Optiemus Infracom has informed that pursuant to updation of National Industrial Classification (NIC) Code, the Corporate ldentification Number (CIN) of the Company has been changed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) from L64200DL1993PLC054086 to L46524DL1993PLC054086 with effect from 10th March, 2026. The Certificate of Registration of Special Resolution issued by the MCA and updated Master Data of the Company reflecting the new CIN are enclosed.
