Titan Company informs about redemption of CP
In terms of the SEBI Operational Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated 10th August 2021, regarding issue and listing of Non-convertible Securities, Securitised Debt Instruments, Security Receipts, Municipal Debt Securities and Commercial Paper (CP), Titan Company has informed that the Company has fully redeemed the Commercial Papers (CPs) of ₹ 1000 crore bearing ISIN- INE280A14518 issued on 11th December 2025. The maturity proceeds of the CPs have been duly paid to all the holders today. A copy of this intimation is also being made available on the Company’s website at www.titancompany.in
