Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Galaxy Agrico Exports has informed that the Company has made an investment in another company in accordance with the objects of the Rights Issue as specified in the Letter of Offer issued by the Company. Consequent to the said investment, the Company now holds a majority stake in the said entity. The details required under Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure - A.
