Sterlite Technologies informs about allotment of ESOP
Sterlite Technologies has informed that the Authorization and Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. March 12, 2026 has allotted equity shares to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme -2010 and 2016. They confirmed that the allotted 28,453 shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
