Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals has informed that as per the information received by the Company on March 11, 2026, ESG Risk Assessments & Insights has assigned the Company an overall Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) rating of ‘52’. The Company has not engaged ESG Risk Assessments & Insights and that the ESG rating has been assigned independently by them based on publicly available information.
