Greenply Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of Greenply Industries through Circular Resolution passed on March 11, 2026, have approved the appointment of Kunal Handa as Chief Information Officer and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company with effect from 13th March 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure - A.
