The company has enclosed copies of the said newspaper advertisement published in the English daily ‘Financial Express’ and Telugu daily ‘Vishalandra’ on 12th March 2026, having electronic editions, inter alia informing the shareholders that a Special Window has been opened from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027 for re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares which were rejected, returned or not attended due to deficiencies in documents, process or otherwise, and advising investors to submit the required documents to the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
