Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Western Ministil has informed that, Paras Chand Jain has tendered his resignation as the Non-Executive-Independent Director of the Company, with effect from the closure of business hours on 12th March, 2026, citing his personal commitments and pre-occupancy. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the company.
