Currency futures for March expiry trade weaker with 2.84% increase in OI
The partially convertible rupee is currently trading at 92.41, weaker compared to its Thursday’s close at 92.25. The rupee opened at 92.33 and touched day’s high of 92.42 and low of 92.2850.
The March currency futures were trading at 92.4825 with a spread of 0.0075 and a volume of 1,94,395. The contract opened at 92.35 weaker from its previous closing of 92.2625. The open interest (OI) stood at 28,96,149 up by 2.84% compared to its previous close of 28,16,180.
