Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read with the SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, Greaves Cotton has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today, 13th March, 2026, has, considered, approved and taken on record the following: Resignation submitted by Akhila Balachandar vide letter dated 19th February, 2026 from the position of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, citing personal reasons and other priorities, with effect from 19th March, 2026. The copy of the resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure A. On the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Audit Committee, approved the appointment of Manish Poddar as the Group Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 19th March, 2026.
