Healthy Investments has informed that Revathi Raghunathan (DIN: 01254043) has tendered her resignation from the office of Independent Director of the Company, with the effect from March 13,2026 due to her personal reasons. The details as required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A(7B) of Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circulars issued in this regard, are enclosed as Annexure -I. A copy of her resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure - II.
