Krystal Integrated Services informs about award of order
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Krystal Integrated Services has informed that the Company has received a contract from Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation for providing Housekeeping, Security and other services in various Government Medical Institutions under the control of Directorate of Medical and Rural Health Services (DMRHS), Directorate of Medical and Rural Health services (ESI) and Institutions under the Commissionerate of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy on outsourced basis for a period of 3 Years. The details required to be provided as per Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 (SEBI Master Circular) are annexed as Annexure-A.
