Organic Recycling Systems (ORSL) has acquired Industrial Associate, a well-established chemical trading firm with longstanding relationships with leading chemical manufacturers and a strong direct connect with industrial end-users across multiple sectors. The acquisition marks a significant step in the company’s strategy to expand its green chemicals and sustainable materials vertical, strengthening the company’s ability to integrate circular economy solutions with industrial chemical supply chains.

Through this acquisition, the company aims to leverage Industrial Associate’s extensive market network and commercial expertise to accelerate the development and distribution of environmentally responsible chemical products, including those derived from circular and low carbon processes. The move also aligns with the company’s broader mission of advancing decarbonisation, resource efficiency, and green chemistry innovations, supported by its dedicated Research & Innovation Centre in Navi Mumbai, which focuses on technologies related to waste-to-value, carbon capture and utilisation (CCU), bio-based materials, and sustainable industrial inputs.
