Pee Cee Cosma Sope gets nod to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary

Pee Cee Cosma Sope has received approval for incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the company with the name and style of ‘Pee Cee Energy and Reality’, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
The proposed company will be engaged in the business of energy, reality and related trading of materials. The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on March 13, 2026, has approved the same.
Pee Cee Cosma Sope is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of detergents and intermediates.
