Paras Defence and Space Technologies inform about grant of stock options
Pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR'), Paras Defence and Space Technologies has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, at their meeting held on March 13, 2026 has inter alia approved grant of Stock Options to the eligible employees of Paras Defence and Space Technologies under the ‘Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2024’. Disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, and SEBI Circular SEBI/ HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure A.
