Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery has informed that, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved appointment of Khandelwal Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm) as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 and onwards. Requisite details as per SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref. No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure I.
