G R Infraprojects, Nazara Technologies and Veerhealth Care to see some action today

Power & Instrumentation (Gujarat) has planned to acquire additional 8.94% Stake/Shares in Peaton Electrical Company

G R Infraprojects has emerged as L-1 bidder in Financial Bid Opening dated March 18, 2026 for the tender invited by National Highways Authority of India. The project is for construction of 4 lane Greenfield Section of NH-33 from Mokama (Design Ch. 0+000) to Munger (Design Ch. 82+400) in the State of Bihar on Hybrid Annuity Mode. Contract Price of the project is Rs 2440.87 crore. 

Nazara Technologies’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Nazara Technologies UK has signed definitive agreements to acquire a 50% controlling stake in Bluetile Games S.L. (formerly known as Playvalve S.L.) and BestPlay Systems S.L. for a consideration of $100.3 million (around Rs 918 crore). 

Veerhealth Care has received order from one of India's Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company for personal care products for the accepted value of Rs 5.49 crore, excluding GST. This new order represents a significant opportunity for the company and it anticipate additional growth in turnover. 

Power & Instrumentation (Gujarat) has planned to acquire additional 8.94% Stake/Shares in Peaton Electrical Company. By way of the Strategic Investment, the company and Peaton Electrical Company shall collaborate towards product development, new technologies, and preferred relationship for supplies in the area of LT panels, Bus trunking system, Compact Sub stations and other electrical materials business. Cost of acquisition is Rs 3.13 crore. 

Belrise Industries’ Step-Down wholly owned subsidiary -- Belrise UK Holdings has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with the shareholders of Chester Hall Precision Engineering Holdings (Target Company), incorporated in England and Wales, for the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of the Target. The Share Purchase Agreement is not a related party transaction and is expected to support the company’s long-term strategic and technological objective. 

Infosys’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Infosys Singapore Pte has received approval from its board to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in the name and style of ‘Infosys Enterprise Business Services Pty’ (or by any other name as available in the commercial register) in Australia.  

UltraTech Cement has entered into Energy Supply Agreement and Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement to acquire 26.18% equity shares of Sunsure Solarpark Seven, a company engaged in generation and transmission of renewable energy. The acquisition is for the purposes of meeting the company’s green energy needs, optimising energy cost and comply with regulatory requirements for captive power consumption under electricity laws.
