Belding India informs about change in name of company
In continuation of its earlier intimations dated January 17, 2026, January 19, 2026, February 13, 2026, February 18, 2026 and February 23, 2026, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Belding India has informed that the Stock Exchange has acknowledged and approved the change of name of the Company from ‘Synthiko Foils’ to ‘Belding India’. Accordingly, the Company's Equity Shares will be traded under SCRIP ID – ‘BELDING’ with effect from March 19, 2026. The Notice issued by the Exchange in this regard is enclosed.
