Zenith Exports has informed that Subhajeet Kar (DIN: 07148810), vide mail dated 19th March'2026 has resigned from the post of Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company, with immediate effect. Consequently, Subhajeet Kar shall also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company. A copy of his resignation letter is enclosed herewith. The Disclosure of information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/376212026 dated 30th January 2026, issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (the SEBI Circular) is enclosed as Annexure- A.
