WeWork India Management informs about updates
Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Part A, Para B of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, WeWork India Management has informed that further to its earlier disclosure dated January 29, 2026, regarding capacity addition at Hyderabad, the Company has entered into a Membership Agreement for Managed Office with TMUS India. This agreement has been executed to operationalize the aforesaid capacity addition and to support the Company’s expansion plans in Hyderabad. The arrangement is expected to strengthen Company’s presence in the region. The details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A.
