Agribio Spirits informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 (‘the Regulations’), Agribio Spirits has informed that the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the expiry of Forty-Eight hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter and Year ending on March 31, 2026 for all the Connected Persons/Designated Persons/ Directors/ Promoters of the Company. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company inter alia, to approve the financial results of the Company for the aforesaid period will be intimated separately in due course of time.
