Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations), Airfloa Rail Technology has informed that the Company has received new order of worth Rs 22.91 Crores on 20th March 2026 from BEML, Bangalore - 560075. The disclosure as required under Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 as amended read with Regulation 30 of the (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is attached and marked as Annexure A to this letter.
