Cords Cable Industries has informed that in accordance with SEBI (PIT) Regulation, 2015 and company's code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from Wednesday,1st April, 2026 for the directors, designated Employees, Insiders and their Immediate relatives till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results along with Auditors Report for the 4th quarter or 12 months ended on 31st March, 2026 is made public.
