Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 7(2)(b) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (‘PIT Regulations’), Sanstar has submitted the disclosure received by the Company from the Designated Person(s) under Regulation 7(2)(a) of the PIT Regulations. The enclosed disclosure, submitted in Form B, pertains to the purchase of Equity Shares of the Company by the Designated Person(s). The said disclosure has been received in compliance with the requirements prescribed under the PIT Regulations and is being forwarded to the stock exchanges for necessary record and dissemination. Accordingly, the company has enclosed the relevant disclosure in Form B as received from the concerned Designated Person(s) of the Company.
