Sam Industries has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st day of April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2026, to the public. All the Directors, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in shares and securities of the company during this closure of Trading Window period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Audited financial results of the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2026, shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
