ASI Industries informs about trading window closure
ASI Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, for the Designated Persons, their Immediate Relatives, and for the Connected Persons of the Company. The same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2026. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course. This is in compliance under the applicable provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations and Company’s Code.
