Surbhi Industries has informed that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as Per the terms of the ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’ of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for all the Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons and their relatives including insiders as defined in the code, from Wednesday 1st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the company for the quarter and financial year ending on 3Lst March,2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st Marctu 2026, shall be intimated in due course of time.
