Nukleus Office Solutions has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company shall remain closed for the period from April 01, 2026 to till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the announcement/declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Half-Yearly/Yearly ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for considering and approving the audited Financial Results for the Half-Yearly/Yearly ended March 31, 2026, shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, the Designated Persons shall also be intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
