Shriram Finance informs about certificate
Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, Shriram Finance has confirmed that:- i) The securities comprised in the certificates have been listed on the Stock Exchanges. ii) Its Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent Integrated Registry Management Services (‘RTA’) has after due verification, immediately mutilated and cancelled certificates of security received for dematerialization and substituted in the register of members, the name of depository as registered owner. In this regard the confirmation letter dated March 20, 2026, given by its RTA to the depositories is enclosed.
