Fusion Finance informs about grant of stock options
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 51 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’), Fusion Finance has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, on Friday, March 20, 2026, approved the grant of 10,000 Stock Options to the eligible employees of the Company under Fusion Employee Stock Option Plan 2023 (‘ESOP 2023’). Required details under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026, is enclosed as Annexure- A.
