Sri Nachammai Cotton Mills informs about closure of trading window
As per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment Regulation, 2018 read with the clarification given by BSE on 2nd April, 2019), Sri Nachammai Cotton Mills has informed that the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026.
