Aries Agro has informed that the Trading Window for Trading in the Company's Equity Shares by all the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees and all Employees shall remain closed from 1st April, 2026 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2026 to the Exchanges. The date of Board Meeting for approval and adoption of Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2026 will be communicated separately in due course.
