Vashishtha Luxury Fashion has informed that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the half year and Financial year ended on 31st March, 2026 to the Stock Exchange. During the closure of trading window, all the designated persons of the Company (including their immediate relatives) have been advised not to enter/deal in Equity Shares of the Company.
