LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, both dated April 02, 2019 Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 will be informed in due course.
