The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated in due course. Further, pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, the PAN of Designated Persons of the Company will be freezed by National Securities Depository (Designated Depository) for trading in Equity Shares of the Company during the said trading window closure period.
