Enkei Wheels (India) has informed that, 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholders of the company will be held on Thursday, 16th Day of April, 2026 at registered office of the Company at Gat no. 1425, Village Shikrapur, Pune- 412208. Further, the company has informed that the Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 10th April, 2026 to Thursday, 16th April, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM of the Company. The company has corrected the date of AGM as the same was a typographical error in last disclosure.
