Thakkers Developers informs about trading window closure
Thakkers Developers has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from April 07, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 37,2026. It is requested to the designated persons and their immediate relatives to ensure compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including amendments thereto) and shall not trade or deal otherwise in the Company's securities during the above period of trading window closure. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
