Nocil informs about closure of trading window
As per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by the Designated Persons, Nocil has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from Tuesday, 31st March, 2026 for the designated and connected persons till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2026, as approved by the Board of Directors. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of such Audited Financial Results will be separately informed to the Exchanges.
