ACME Solar Holdings soars on commissioning first phase of BESS project in Rajasthan

The commercial operation date for the stated phase-I shall be March 25, 2026

Acme Solar Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 243.25, up by 5.60 points or 2.36% from its previous closing of Rs. 237.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 246.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 246.85 and Rs. 237.50 respectively. So far 32129 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 324.25 on 15-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 172.90 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 272.00 and Rs. 236.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 14613.01 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 83.29%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.91% and 5.80% respectively.

ACME Solar Holdings, through its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. ACME Surya Power, has commissioned the first phase of 60 MW / 269.606 MWh out of 250 MW / 1103.392 MWh capacity of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project located at Jaimalsar, Bikaner, Rajasthan. The commercial operation date (COD) for the stated phase-I shall be March 25, 2026.
