Baazar Style Retail has informed that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ending on March 31, 2026, for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
