Switching Technologies Gunther informs about closure of trading window
Switching Technologies Gunther has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018 as amended from time to time read with BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dt. 02nd April, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by Designated Persons shall be closed from 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2026. Accordingly, an intimation regarding the date of the Board Meeting shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchange.
