Desco Infratech has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Company's Promoters & Promoter group, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, Connected/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of respective persons aforementioned with effect from Tuesday, 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the half year and Financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. Trading Window will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ending on 31st March, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
