Whirlpool of India informs about notice of postal ballot
Whirlpool of India has informed that it attached copies of the clarifications provided by the Company to - Institutional Investor Advisory Services India (IiAS); and Stakeholders Empowerment Services (SES) (collectively referred to as the ‘Proxy Advisory Firms’), appended herewith as Annexure A and Annexure B, respectively. These clarifications have been issued in response to the voting recommendations made by the Proxy Advisory Firms in relation to the resolution for re-designation of Anil Berera (DIN: 00306485) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, as proposed for shareholders’ approval by way of the postal ballot notice dated 6 March 2026.
