Easy Trip Planners informs about trading window closure
Easy Trip Planners has informed that, in accordance with the ‘Easy Trip Planners’ - Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’ (referred to as the ‘Code of Conduct’), the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the company shall remain closed from April 01, 2026 from 09:00 am till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results in the Board Meeting of the Company. The Date of Board Meeting to approve the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 shall be intimated in due course of time. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of the Closure of Trading Window.
