Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with BSE & NSE Circular on Trading Window Closure, Automotive Stampings and Assemblies has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities will remain closed from March 25, 2026. The Trading Window Closure is in connection with the finalization of Audited Financial Statements / Results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
