String Metaverse informs about outcome of postal ballot
String Metaverse has informed that it enclosed the Scrutinizer’s Report on the voting results of the resolutions as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 13th February, 2026. They informed that all the Resolutions, as contained in the said Postal Ballot Notice, have been duly passed by the shareholders of the Company with the requisite majority.
